一、健康用餐十守則
1. 先吃蔬菜再吃肉
2. 肉類蛋白豆類有
3. 蔬果雜糧纖維多

5. 可見脂肪要說不
6. 外皮肥肉要挑走
7. 少吃煙熏和燒烤
8. 蒸煮清散最爽口

二、體脂肪率(Body Fat Composition)
身體重量中脂肪所佔的百分比 ; 是以生物電阻測量法 , 將身體分為導電的體液 , 肌肉及不導電的脂肪組織 , 藉由導電發出微小電流經過身體測出。
1. 體脂肪率 ..
正常範圍肥胖
男性 : 三十歲以下 17-20%, 三十歲以上17-23%, 25%以上
女性 : 三十歲以下 17-24%, 三十歲以上 20-27%, 30%以上
2. 脂肪量約佔身體重量20-25%, 約為10-18公斤 , 若體重超過八十公斤以上者 , 體脂肪量勿超過廿公斤。
3. 建議
• 脂肪率高、脂肪量高 , 請採減重飲食並加強有效運動。
• 脂肪率高、脂肪量正常 ,請加強運動, 降低脂肪率。
• 脂肪率正常、脂肪量高 ,維持連動量 , 但需採清淡均衡飲食。
• 脂肪率正常、脂肪量正常 , 雄持日常的飲食習慣及運動方式。
• 若BMA值過高 , 但體脂肪率及脂肪量正常 , 則屬大骨架或肌肉型身材 , 請維持目前飲食習慣及運動方式。
